Executive Director – Trudy Erickson

“I love my residents, my staff, and facility. In long term care, we can impact our resident’s life and really make a difference.”

Director of Nursing – Holly Haupt

“Being able to make a difference in someone’s life is why I love working in long term care. I enjoy hearing their stories, helping them through their challenges and reminding them that they are loved. I love seeing the smile on their faces when they see a loved one, I enjoy holding their hand and reminding them that they are beautiful, respected, and honored. I enjoy playing a part in making the rest of their lives as meaningful and happy as possible.”

Admissions – Karen Oestreich

“I have worked in the healthcare field for more than 20 years. I am constantly inspired by the residents. It is a joy to see the accomplishments of our short term residents and the happiness they have when they are able to return home. It is also great to take care of and get to know our long term residents and their families.”

Director of Rehabilitation – Melissa Petronovich

“I am passionate about the skilled nursing setting because it allows us, as therapists, to make connections across the continuum of care. We treat the person in the skilled nursing facility for an inpatient stay, and through extra training received and community connections we have built, we then have the unique ability to continue to follow them as their needs change. After the skilled nursing stay, we can follow our patients with home health, outpatient rehab at the skilled nursing facility, or outpatient rehab at the assisted living facilities if needed. This allows us to build strong relationships with our clientele and achieve excellent rehab outcomes.”

Director of Social Services – Ashley Hess

“My favorite part about working at Three Oaks is the residents and staff. I love making a difference every day in the lives of our residents.”
